How to make donuts - Procedure text
- 200 ml warm water
- 1 sachet of instant yeast
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 65 gr Sugar
- 500 gr high protein flour
- 4 egg yolk
- 100 gr unsalted butter
Tools :
- Little bowls
- Large bowl
- Hand Mixer
Steps :
- First prepare a little bowl, give yeast, 1 tablespoon sugar and water let stand for about 5 minutes, wait until the foaming yeast.

- Weigh donuts 20 grams only. then round and hole the middle of donuts.
- Fry with medium heat.
- Give topping in the top of donuts.
- Donut it's ready.
